The follow-up for the fourth meeting is intended to ensure that all the Colonies have received their Registration Kit. The update letter following the fourth meeting should include some information on how many Colonies are attending, a Rotation Schedule, and Entry Permits for parent drivers. Also, include reminders on the Attendee lists and where to bring them to, information on getting re-imbursed for craft supply costs, and instructions on how to get to the site. |
