a) A list of all people attending from your group: (This list to be handed in at the Administration Area after arriving on the site) b) Your copy of each boy's registration. sheet; c) A tent or dining shelter for your colony; d) A groundsheet for craft activities; e) Water jugs and cups (if hot weather forecasted) f) Green garbage bags for your waste, and as emergency rain gear; g) Coolers for lunches (remember YOU bring your own lunches and we provide a drink in the morning and one in the afternoon; Service Team Scouters will be on site throughout the day; please don't hesitate to ask them for directions; we're here to help! |
